Jay C

Of Cameroonian origin, Jay-C has been immersed in traditional music and rhythms from an early age, taking an interest in African dance and the traditional dances of Cameroon, such as Bikutsi and Ben-skin.

As an acrobatic dancer, he took classes with the instructor Atoa, with whom he trained in Capoeira. 

Wishing to enrich his dance, he also trained in Break dance, Jazz Rock, House, Dancehall and Cuban Salsa.

He then joined several dance companies and took part in various shows, clips and events.

Champion of France 2016 with the ALLin DANCE CREW, at Hip-Hop International France, he represented his conception of Hip-Hop with dignity at the finals of the Worlds in Las Vegas, making his crew one of the top 25 in the HHI world.

When he's not touring abroad, Jay-C teaches at a number of renowned schools in the Ile-de-France and other French regions, focusing mainly on Afrodancehall, but also Hip-Hop, Afrobeat and House.
