Presentation

Cuban music was born at the meeting point of old Europe, slave Africa and the New World. It is a mix of French and Italian airs, Spanish romances, quadrilles, tangos and flamencos revisited by African and Amerindian music (percussion and polyphony)...

An integral part of Latin music, Cuban music is highly varied, rhythmic and captivating. It is characterised by a multitude of musical genres (cucaracha, habanera, mambo, comparsa, etc.) that are an integral part of Cuban daily life. In Cuba, you can dance to any rhythm as long as your whole body can express itself.

Our 100% Cuban orchestra performs the best-known pieces of Cuban music, moving from one style to another with the greatest of ease. They will introduce you to the standards of Salsa, Son and other traditional Cuban music. Their repertoire is an invitation to dance that's a pleasure to listen to.
